Although it can initially be stressful when a customer requests an item that is not currently carried in my storefront mostly due to the large amount of time it takes to make a brand new piece, sourcing new material, the modifications that follow, calculating a fair price for the amount of work, etc , usually, I am very pleased with the outcome and so are my customers.
